To the ancient Greeks, hospitality was a divine right. The host was expected to make sure the needs of his guests were seen to. The ancient Greek term xenia, or theoxenia when a god was involved, expressed this ritualised guest-friendship relation.

Herbs and Olives Restaurant

In Herbs and Olives restaurant, inside Filoxenia Hotel, you will only find authentic traditional recipes of Rhodes, made with natural materials of our production ( olive oil, spices, herbs). In addition over the standard menu, ask us for the wonderful daily specials and explore the wonderful world of Rhodian cuisine.
